The Smart Solutions team provides high-quality professional development to school districts in Ohio. Our goal is to help teachers leverage technology to raise student achievement while preparing students for the 21st century.

We recognize that sustained, job-embedded professional development has the greatest impact on teacher practice and student performance. Therefore, we specialize in long-term professional development programs tailored to the needs and curricular priorities of each district. Our facilitators provide opportunities for hands-on practice and teacher collaboration in a welcoming environment. We build relationships with teachers to empower them to embrace teaching and learning in the 21st century.

Our team includes former educators and experienced technology trainers who have a record of increasing technology integration in districts throughout Ohio.  We are an official Professional Development Affiliate of the Partnership for 21st Century Skills.

Smart Solutions K-12 is currently looking for highly motivated current or former teachers for the postion of Professional Development Specialist. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders - including district superintendents, curriculum specialists, principals and teachers - to design and implement professional development programs that support the use of technology in the classroom. You will also have the opportunity to drive systemic change by helping schools design their long-term technology integration strategy.
